At the meeting, a representative of the Group of Deputies informed voters about the implementation of socio-economic development and national defence and security tasks in the first 10 months of 2026, the main contents of the regular year-end 2026 session, and the responses to voters' opinions and recommendations raised before the mid-year 2026 session.

In a democratic, open and responsible atmosphere, voters raised 13 opinions and recommendations. They focused on local issues such as land management and related documents, investment in and upgrading of roads, and policies and allowances for part-time officials and workers in hamlets.

These opinions show voters' interest in practical issues of daily life and local development. The deputies of the City People's Council listened, discussed and took note of the issues raised. Recommendations within their authority will be considered and resolved; issues beyond their authority will be compiled and forwarded to the competent agencies for study and response in line with regulations.

Meetings with voters strengthen the link between elected representatives and the people. They give voters a direct way to express their concerns and contribute opinions on issues affecting their lives and local development, and they help People's Council deputies understand the situation at the grassroots and carry out their supervisory and decision-making duties more responsibly.
