Loc Tan Commune currently has 7 hamlets with a total of 5,097 households. The annual review of cultural titles is an important activity to assess the results of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", and to recognise the efforts of families and residential communities in building a civilised lifestyle and preserving good traditional cultural values.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the standards and conditions for awarding the titles "Cultural Family" and "Cultural Hamlet", and assessed the results of meeting the criteria for the title "Model Commune" in line with regulations. Delegates discussed the results achieved, pointed out shortcomings and proposed solutions to improve the quality of the movement in the coming time.

The review was carried out in a public, democratic and objective manner, in line with the required standards, conditions and procedures, with a focus on real quality and effectiveness rather than formality or chasing achievements.
