Guide to basic administrative procedures in Loc Tan Commune

Where to submit

• In person: at the one-stop reception desk of Loc Tan Commune People's Committee.
• Online: through the Dong Nai Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.dongnai.gov.vn) or the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn). Many procedures can be completed fully online with a VNeID electronic identity account.

In the first six months of 2026, all dossiers at the commune were received on the administrative procedure information system, and more than 99% were settled on time or ahead of schedule.
